Janice Park-Chan, LCSW

Co-Founder - Therapist & Trainer

Therapy is a way to help navigate through life’s ups and downs, a safe and non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and feelings, to foster healing, growth or awareness and gain a better understanding of you and others around you.

We all experience challenges, issues or change which can be both positive and negative, whether it is trauma-related, career or vocational, or life transitions. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, utilizing a cognitive behavioral, healing-centered and trauma-focused lens, we can work together through a therapeutic approach in an empowering and mindful process to build upon your strengths for emotional well-being.

I received my masters in social work at Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College and have over ten years of varying experience providing service to interpersonal crime and abuse survivors as well as non-profit management and administration, which includes grant management, grant proposal writing, program deliverables and budgeting. As an Asian-American, an additional interest is anti-racism and culturally inclusive work.
